All figures: the lumi reward benchmark, collection window 2026 H1. Shares joined by + are the answers that make up the total. How each figure is built is in the [methodology](https://lumihr.co.uk/methodology).

### How it works

1. **Say what you do** One questionnaire about your policies, not your people. Most questions are one click, and you can stop and come back.
2. **See where you stand** Every answer is placed against your peer group, your sector and size band by default or a group you draw: below, on or above market, with the number of employers behind it.
3. **Model a change** Scenarios shows what adding, removing or re-levelling a benefit does to your position before you make it. See the [example dashboard](https://lumihr.co.uk/example), a fictional organisation with every figure invented.

### What it costs

Free access: no fee and nothing to sign. Access ends on 31 March 2027 unless you join. To stay, from 1 April 2027, membership is £5,000 + VAT a year as a standard member, with unlimited users. Or take a founding place, one of the first 20, by 31 December 2026. [See both ways in](https://lumihr.co.uk/pricing).

### Other ways to benchmark benefits

Broker and consultant surveys, industry clubs and published research each answer part of the question. [Benchmarking benefits and reward policy in the UK: the main options](https://lumihr.co.uk/guides/uk-benefits-benchmarking-options) sets them side by side.
